Madmaxx is correct. Roush requires pre-authorization before any repair work can begin. The repairs don't necessarily need to be done by a Roush dealer, but that's probably the best path.
Roush is only liable for $5K of repairs, but if the motor is under warranty they will make it right (fix it or take it back and rebuild it). I know of a situation where Roush came through and worked with an owner to rebuild a motor that was out of warranty. |

Got a call from Todd Andrews yesterday to see how my motor was running. I told him great. What a great asset he is to Roush. Nice to see a company that care about you for a change. I only have about 100 miles on it so far. I know, got to get it out. This weekend for sure.

Yes, he is! In fact Todd is such an asset to the company, sometimes a guy forgets and calls him Todd Roush instead. Not that I would ever do that ;), but sometimes a guy does forget.

I also had a great experiance with Todd on some small items, but Todd went out of his way to help me. You might say we BBQ'd together. ;)
