I had a good day at the range today. It was my first time out with my new toy (Springfield .45) I did okay. Happily found out that the Scottsdale Gun Club I joined does free machine gun rental on your birthday. Mine was last week but they said I had a month to use it. That'll wake the neighbors!

Hey Ron,
Looks like you and I have the same pistol. I have not shot mine yet? Something about ammo. I have 60 rounds. 600 on order from Cabellas and another 200 to be delivered in the next week. Then I go and kill some desert.

It shoots very nice. I love it. My wife would like something a bit lighter to shoot on a regular basis sp I am going shopping for either an XD 9mm or a glock? Any suggestions for a lighter 9mm?

I doubt the wimmins are going to be there. Most are still uncomfortable and are waiting to take their class.
