Yes,30 over in schools zones,hospital zones,construction zones and any other "zone" you can think of.

I think you need to stop using your father's log in and go to bed after the Simpsons young man. By the way, Fitz failed to mention that the 55 zone is the construction area on the 101 and that to fight these things in court changes the rules if you are convicted. Instead of that tiny fine, they will give you the double fine construction zone thing and the points which they do not do if you just pay the thing and forget it. It is a business transaction , pure and simple. If it is you, just do something that doesn't happen too often any more - admit that they caught you and pay for your mistake...

until you are served by an "officer of the law" the citation is unconstitutional. By signing you are giving up your right to a court hearing which is protected by our constitution. Unless certified or registered mail, you have not been served.

First off i didn't think i needed to include "school zones" and other similiar things as i thought everyone was bright enough to catch my drift.You proved me wrong on that count.
