I got Photo Radar Ticket 67 in 55- Now what?

I have been told by many that you should just pitch the ticket you get in the mail. Mine says....
Pay the $181.00 by 7/30/09 . No Court appearance is required no points will be assessed to driving record. Can not get out of it by attending Driving School. It says if I do not pay, a full sanction and surcharge and complaint will be filed into court, whch may result in additonal cost.
