Anyone have a good chronological history of Arntz Butler?

This site has the info but you have to use the search feature on the top right side of bar. I get amazing results using google as it also searches these forums.

But from an earlier post on history
Arntz replica info

You could PM the poster of that info "arntztype4" and the site shows he was logged in 1-24-20 so should be able to be reached.

Thanks, Missed that responce. Looked through most of the 9 pages orf the Arntz/Butler forum. Also spent a couple of hours going through Google results. Some info, but it was minimal.
Info I'm looking for.
What was Steve Arntz history?
When did Steve ship his first chassis/body?
When Did the MK2 chassis come out? Date & SN
When Did the MK3 chassis come out? Date & SN
What's the difference between MK1, MK2 & MK3 chassis?
When did Ron Butler join Steve Arntz?
When did Ron Butler & Steve Arntz part ways?
How does G&R Engineering fit into the equation?
