Arthur,

My side windows are in Houston and I will be there during the next 2 or 3 weeks. I can then send pics or if it would help you, I can ship them to you and you can send them back when you're done.

I check with you when I head to Houston.

Russ, that is a great offer and I may take you up on that should the need arise. I will keep you posted on that. THANKS!

I'm thinking I may not want 'traditional/period' side-curtains-sliding windows. I'm leaning toward something that may work better for my setup. It will still be a sliding window held in place with the three pins, just constructed differently and all aluminum.

As I'm multi-tasking on the Cobra right now it may be a few weeks before I have anything to show.

Arthur

Tonight I got the hard-top fitted and latched down. It was a lot of work to get it to this point. I still have to select and install headlining vinyl and a sound dampening barrier. Then suitable weather seals & trim channel. All this to establish the roll-bar height, Phew!

I must call Ron Butler and let him know what a nice product his hard top is. I'm really satisfied with it.

Now I am doing another side step and making sliding windows for it.

When all the above is done I will pull out the back glass, paint the roof satin Rat-Rod black then install/apply all trim and then glass. That will be it, unless I decide to install a 3rd. brake light into the Hard top. This is how my project goes.

Arthur....pics please!!!!

One bit of info....Ron told me to add dematiaceous earth to the paint for texture. Sounds reasonable. Any thoughts?

What did you do for a back glass? Did you not break yours? Really would like to see your top.
