PCC,

I have done everything correctly....

Resurveyed the block

Engineers for the roof and metal sections

Soil test

Correct permits

Independent Building Inspectors

Slab/structural engineers

Draftspeople for designs

Approved Asbestos Removals

Owner Builders permit

the list goes on.

It has cost over $15k just to get the backyard ready for the slab people.
