Lightbulb This appeared

Went to the 'All Ford Day' and this appeared in my garage afterwards.

My new 65 convertible. I drove it back from Queensland with Todd my son and immediately went to the 'All Ford Day'. I was going to take the GT40, but the sun was out...

The Mustang will go under the GT40 once I sort out the oil leaks on the GT40..

Way to go Bernie. I like the garage.

DO the folks out FLorida/Carolina way know they are missing that IH-95 sign?

LoBelly,

Hi mate.

Probaly should have, as we picked it up on the Gold Coast Thursday night and then drove down to Taree first night.... then Wagga the next. Short haul from Wagga back to Geelong yesterday...

A wipe over the body to get the bugs off and down to the 'All Ford Day' today.

I was saying I felt that the All Ford Day was only average, not a GT40 there and only a few Cobras there.

Mainly Falcons, GT's, utes etc. A lot of Mustangs though. I found that part of the event very interesting and spent a bit of time looking at the Mustangs.

May need to organise some GT40's and Cobras next year..

Cheers

Bernie

Thanks for the comments on the garage.

Yes the sign, that is another story. Is it missed, well I think nearly as much as the cars in the supermarket that are all missing their tags..

(Tags US for number plates..)

Cheers

750hp

The road trip was ideal as the weather was perfect on Wednesday when we arrived - been pouring the days before though..

It got a little hot - about 29c when we crossed over the divide into Melbourne. But still ideal in a convertible.

No it came from Craig W. at RCR and was originally Fran Halls' from RCR USA's.

Pete,

Yes, something that is nice to look at, comfortable, classic and slow..

My mid life crisis is coming to end - started when I turned 18 after I passed my drivers licence and now just starting to become someone else crisis..

Mid-life crisis is often seen as a bad thing. However, it is something to be savoured and enjoyed to the full.
