No worries regarding the Prado, My main observation pointis from a bush perspective I guess, so noise levels are not a concern when traveling at 130+ on dirt roads.
Regarding the 200 series, they look great but have had a major issue with chassis snapping off at the bull bar mounts, again most likely only an issue for bush cars.
I suppose that is why teh world is what it is, everyone has different perspectives, I have a mate who just got rid of his Disco 3 and bought a 120 series Prado (previous model - stopped being sold 11/2009)
I have another mate who towed his 18ft tinnie from Booraloola to Alice on the 1 tank (180 litres)
