Default Question for Western Australians

Hi,

I bought some parts from a guy in Perth - a Ford EFI manifold and some other bulky bits. Have you found a company who has the most cost effective (ie: cheap) freight prices to the east coast?

I'd really appreciate any advice,

Craig

The pace I'm getting things done, I probably won't need the parts until then!!!

Nah, not really, I'm keen to get the stuff on a truck or train pretty quickly. A Ford 4 spd auto from V8 Falcon was also included in the sale, but I'm not sure it's worth the freight cost to get it over here...

western freight liners might be able to help. Freight is not cheap over here.

I was going to say it's best to ring around. There are a lot of freightliners that do backhaul and are always interested in getting someone to pay for the deisel.

I thought that'd be the case. I had some instant online quotes for up to $300, so I'm rapt with $79. My last drunken taxi ride at 4am cost me half that, so sending something across a whole continent is a much better deal!

Try Land Transport (may trade as Yound & Land) at Stapleton near where the toll plaza used to be.
