Default Wiper bezels mounting measurements?

I am mounting a Lucas 2 wiper system and before I go drilling holes in the fiberglass I was wondering if anyone had some suggested measurements they could supply. Either from the centre of the body or from either side of the windscreen uprights.

Damo, I would try to make contact with Hogster, I think from memory he has a DE Type aswell.

On another note, I will be over your way early October with my Cobra, can you start praying for the rain to stop?

For anyone else fitting a 2 blade wiper set up, the lucas motor i had came with a 90 degree gear. The driver side wheel box would have to be mounted too far to the right hand side that there is not enough room under the dash to mount the motor.
Make sure you get the 130 degree gear to enable mounting the wheel boxes closer to the centre of the dash ( more room there for the motor).
I hope this helps save someone some time.
Cheers

Wipers are 19 1/2" apart on the centreline of the car. The holes are about 3 1/2-3 3/4" back from the edge of the bonnet opening. Holes are 5/8" diameter and drilled at a 40 deg angle to the horizontal. Put the motor right up the front of the footbox if you want room for fresh air flapper valves.

For those wanting to change the "stroke" of their wiper motor .. look here for some info and hints.
