Yes - it is a temptation I am constantly fighting.

But - depending on the completeness of the Kirkham other restrictions may apply

Also - The discussion paper put out by VicRoads on changes to the Club Permit system did not disclose all the proposed changes.

Most of the changes are being driven by the Vintage mob who are somewhat hostile to replicas and I would say that the legislative risk in direction of the changes is high if that is your intention.
