Was going to oder this one: http://www.amazon.com/Hidden-Antenna...sr=1-1-catcorr

But the freight and handling was $71US with Amazon. Bought the same thing from another US supplier for the same price with less than $10.00 shipping by priority mail.

Hi Merv,
I have just fitted one of the tune trapper hidden aerials from the states in my cobra and at this stage it seems to work a treat.

Fitted behind the dash in the AC Cobra and in the windscreen pillar of the 540. Works OK on FM, have not tried it on AM. It cost about $35 from WOW Sight and Sound.

I have the same thing. It won't pick up AM either.

The one I have on order from the US says it will do both. Time will tell!

YES... it works from 40 feet away so in the trunk won't be a problem.
