If I was going to have side pipes, they would be type I would have. Very discreet.

Nice photos Mick, the seats look well done. Can you advise if the rear number plate bracket is an off-the-shelf item?

Derek
Derek,
Yes the seats are great.

I made the rear bracket out of some aluminium sheet based on the ones available at finishline I think it was. (www.finishlineaccessories.com)

Very nice, are your wing deflectors glass? In SA plastic ones aren't allowed only glass. As well sidepipes can only be installed if all the gases exit on the drivers side. Is it the same in Queensland? And just before I go, the seats do look fantastic, great work!

Regards.

Mando,

yes, the wind wings are glass. The side pipes are only cosmetic and yes same rules here as SA, you can only have a working drivers side one.

Yes the seats really are a work of art.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Theo, they're from Vintage Wheel Works in the States (same as mine).

Mick, the car looks awesome, good luck with engineering!

Who made the side pipes? The primaries look a little more extended than some.

Paul,

Warwick made the pipes up for me. I think they were some of the old , original ones he used to make??? He had the parts lying around when I rang one day...

Yes the wheels are from http://www.vintagewheelworks.com/products/wheels/v60 in the states
