Oh, I thought the NSW regs on emissions where the same as VIC?

If the NSW ones have always been the 37/01 I wonder why some cars are failing the test first visit?

It's a pity these "merchant bankers" can't get their acts together, some dope reckons "50% of 2000 levels sounds like a good number" and it becomes law. Then they just change their minds willy nilly!!
I too almost passed my first attempt at the IM 240, I spent $400 on new Cats, and $550 for the the retest, plus the inconvenience.
Good luck to Sambo and the other guys coming up to the test, but I'm a little more than Pi**ed off. Who can I sue???

While I agree... To sue will probably cost you more than the cats and re-test combined.
