Yes, the shipping over the pond would be a killer. My last price was around $1,875 but,..... would have to check. As long as you trust the company near your home, (which being a max dealer there's no problem) dealing with them is great.
The pads, are you talking the pad risers (extensions) to raise the pads higher off the arms ?
I don't have any photo's posted of mine that's installed, I bought a new computer and trying,...to transfer them from a external hard drive. The damn thing only did a 1/4 of what I have ! GERRrrr....
