With a dart block all your troubles are over, my engine is 6 years old, limiter is set at 7400 rev it often to 7300 and it makes 490RWHP.
I have it out of the car and have put a set of rings and bearings, other than a loose harmonic balance doing some damage it was pretty healthy.
The ford gods will be pleased with you.
