Smile Need your opinions on building a 427w Cobra

Hey guys, I'm asking for all of your opinions on building a cobra kit with a 427 windsor. I'll be replicating the original engine specs from the shelby cobra 427 S/C. Just asking for some pros and cons from some aussie cobra owners.

what kit are you looking at?

TKO600 and T-56 are popular choices for transmission, but suspension is fairly kit dependant....

"Authentically" a 427 is a FE (Ford Edsel or Farm Engine) BBF side oiler motor coupled to either a top loader or C6 auto ................perfect

That's a bit of an understatement. Now that I have mine sorted out (Ford Racing 427w and tko600) it's a damn rocket ship! Good luck and have fun.
