My Dad, brother and I will finally get our Cobra to an event and the nationals sound like the perfect event for its inaugural debut. We have a lot of work to do before hand like side pipe welding and ceramic recoating, suspension set up, new tyres, checking every nut and bolt. We have ad a heap of issues getting A arms made and we still dont know if they will work but project "BITTEN" is looking good. Post the Nationals it will be time to focus on registration with first step the emissions test. We're looking forward to meeting everyone.
regards
Jason

As you wish...... You're wrong!.......really wrong ......lol

MOST of the players are from the Queensland teams...Broncos ..Cowboys...Titans.......

A few of the players play for Melbourne.

Should I bother carting the trophy all the way back down to the Nats, just to cart it all the way back to Queensland again....seems an awful waste of energy ?

Any advice?

We're just getting some last minute practice in at the A series sprints in Warwick this weekend....boy...we have some quick boys here....should be a good Nationals..

Cheers,
Warren.

Ash will be inspired after his Nurbergring blast and watching a heap of old race cars at Goodwood.

Tough competition at the drags this year, what with cheats with autos & no shortage of 400+ rwhp machines around it will be tightly contested... I believe Phil is not competing?? So I guess that's one spot I will pick up... No great expectations this year, car is still a bit banged up, I won't have driven it for 3 months by the time it gets to Nationals. Will be happy to have an incident free meeting.

Cheats with autos agree Ash, there are more events at the nationals, the drags are just to fill in time I thought.

just a lot going on at the moment, clutch slave is leaking and is getting worse, need to pull engine out to fix it.

Looking forward to the nationals it will be good to just sit back and relax.

Phil

Cheats with autos? Oooooh that hurt, not.

Looking forward to catching up with everyone, my cobra just needs a couple of tyres swapped on and it should be good to go.
Not long now.

Launch control & traction control standard equipment with Autronic ECU ......
Yes agreed Phil, drags just to fill in time, gives the lazy auto drivers something to crow about... Otherwise they would have nothing....

Gav?
