Hey Rog,
Since Yoko cut away the 352 range, also have issue s with fat rubber for the 15" rims.
I run 15" x 10'"on the stern and 15" x 8" at the pointy end...
So the rubber I am after is 275/50r15 0r 295/50r15 87W rated for the back end and 225 or 235/50r15 87 W.
I am looking at this combo on tyre rack.....
Rears...
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial 2....275/50R15
BFGoodrich*g-Force T/A Drag Radial 2
Fronts.....
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial 225/50r 15
BFGoodrich*g-Force T/A Drag Radial
I know they are more track then street but can ease them through rego...
....interested in your prices or something dimensionally and performance equivalent,,,as I would prefer to support local and a club member if your price and availability was a few bucks more and a couple of weeks longer

Cheers Towie,
Yep good pic up, whats the thoughts on the toyo semi slicks R888 for front end work,
got the back end sorted after Car shenanigans last weekend on the entrance road when the rear just let go and the nose was not happy to follow wheel position, caught it after a wacky J turn, (god bless skid pan time and gravel rally experience), but the yokos are too old and too hard, the suspension at the back probably a tad too stiff to absorb traction, and maybe the LSD oil is not letting the Diff play the game.
Anyhow, facing the trailing traffic at 60 kph, in reverse, well maybe the drag slicks on the front are where they need to be (I am joking here people)...but I will on sell the old yokos for the drifters out there...they are awesome for it...LOL
Oh , reading back through ( I have literally been all at sea)..cheers to the guys who looked into this, but the French rubbers (no pun intended) are not VFM to get down here..but thanks for the effort..I appreciate having the extra options and the work!

Good choice of tyre sir, you'll find a massive change in turn in and all round performance.

Hey Icetoo
Well a bit of research brought these up-and yes the speed ratings are very good but odd sizing sorta !! LOL
Well they are Michelins and they're French-.....need I say more. I have no idea on pricing yet, that will require some phone calls to check price and availability etc.
I found these 280/45vr15 yep!
240/45zr15 & 240/55vr15 again yep!
must be Ferrari Mazza or maybe Lambo or possibly Facel Vega
I rty and get some sense tomorrow

Well Nitto do a 275/50x15 in a V rated as well as a 325/50x15. haven't as yet found something for the front, but its a start though. Hope this helps a bit. maybe more tomorrow and MAYBE some pricing too.
Rog
