Default Nissan wheel bearings

Fellas

I've a squeal in the rear bearings, so I'm pulling them out.

Before i start I might grab the bits i need, so can anyone tell me if the R32 has standard off the shelf bearings or do i need to go to Nissan and probably pay 4 times the price. What about the rear dust seal as well?

I've managed to get by for years without a press, usually shrinking out the outer race by running a weld around it and 'pressing' in new ones with a socket and a mallet. Does this job need anything special?
I have been considering buying one.

Oh, and Merry Chrissy to everyone!

Rear bearings on most nissans are pretty big diameter
U might need a very big hammer and a 40 to 50 mm socket
It's been awhile since I've pulled one apart but I vaguely remember
The s13 and skyline ones are pretty big
Just download the r32 workshop manual from one of those special sites on the net
And hope u don't get the piracy police knocking on your front door hehehehe heheh

Thanks Fellas

I downloaded the manual a while back Sideshow, very handy. I was just curious to know if the bearings are a standard size cause i can get them tomorrow from my bearing guy. Nissan dealer is closed for a week.

Rog, didn't want to wait for an age over silly season to get them from fleabay. Good tip tho.

I'll pull them out today, and answer my own question

I got my R33 wheel bearings off eBay, something like $200 for the pair. The old ones needed to be pressed out and it was a pretty violent affair. Here's the website for the eBay seller, maybe worth a call tomorrow if you're still stuck.
