GoPro cameras
Hi all,
I had obviously been good last year and Santa bought me a GoPro 3.
I was wondering what kind of battery life others where getting with theirs.
I am fully aware that I can get a battery back pack but is it necassary?

Gav
I've only just got one too.
I had it out for a track day last month, with 6 sessions of 12 or so laps there was still plenty of battery life when i got home.
I don't have a backup battery and at this stage aren't looking for one.

I got one late last year as well. If you have the WiFi on with preview mode on your iPhone it doesn't last super long. Haven't given it a good go without these turn on yet. Cheer Gregg
Hey Gav. Have you melted up in Mildura yet? Those temps have been high.

Yep pretty chilly around here today
I have played around in the lounge with my camera but not in the car as yet.
A mate has one in his boat, and was catching plenty of half eaten snapper yesterday after a handful of great whites turned up.
I'm pretty keen to see that footage!

I dare say that the AC will be on, only hope that the power does not go out :-)

It'll be 44oC in Adelaide. We've only just stopped complaining about the cold.
