Default Harmonic Balancer Suggestions

Folks,
Any suggestions for a good quality Harmonic Balancer

I've looked at ATI, Powerbond, Ross...
Any others to consider and what you fitted, why?

I have a stock LS3 one off the engine at the moment, is it suggested a "replace while your at it" type thing, i have no idea what it was like before purchase.

Ideally i'd like to get rid of the AC Pulley part if possible

Dave

Fluidamper, it uses viscous silicone instead of a rubber ring and much better at controlling vibration over a broad engine band.

I Just installed an underdrive TrickFlow one on mine. It's an elastomer style. Bought it from Summit. It's SFI spec and the price was right and quality seems good.

Cheers

I have the same as Mike, I don't think you will find one without the A/C drive.

Mike, Gav,
I had a look at the Trickflow site, looks good, but i don't think they do one to suit the LS3 Corvette belt line,
I flicked off an email to ask, see what comes back.

Wegner Motorsports in Wisconsin has all configurations of drive systems for the LS engines---they did the Nascar spec series of engines and even have front drives for Ford distributors, fuel pumps and Ford labeled valve covers-http://www.google.com/#hl=en&tbo=d&sclient=psy-ab&q=wegner+motorsports&oq=Wegner&gs_l=hp.1.3.0l4. 1872.4384.0.6849.6.4.0.2.2.0.390.875.0j2j1j1.4.0.l es%3B..0.0...1c.1.gyzqf7kOgvI&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_ gc.r_pw.r_qf.&bvm=bv.41524429,d.aWM&fp=f62974a305d a139d&biw=1105&bih=509

don't know exactly how all that copied----try www.WegnerAutomotive.com

My ROMAC was recommended by Barry, Brent & Keith... and I think it's made right there in Australia.
