Default DB Hardtop For Sale

*** SOLD ***

G'day everyone. After much consideration I've decided to abandon the DB Hardtop project (thread here). Thanks and apologies to those who expressed interest, but unfortunately for a number of reasons it won't be happening. You probably realised that by now, given the lack of updates!

Along the way I purchased a second DB Hardtop to be used for the mold, leaving the one I originally purchased to go on my car. I no longer need the second hardtop so it's up for sale.

This is a complete, unused DB Hardtop in original shipping crate with all accessories as provided by DB Replicas in the UK. See thread above for lots of photos and other information or you can have a look at Dave (the manufacturer's) website DB Replicas - Removable Le Mans Hard Top. The hardtop is in black gelcoat but I've added some photos below finished with paint (so there's no confusion).

I'll consider all offers over $3000, plus shipping if you're not able to pickup in Melbourne (Australia). You're looking at around $4500 to import one of these yourself.

Anyone with a Dax bodied car (or Kenmer), this hardtop is a perfect fit. Most Aussie kits need extra work - and sometimes a fair bit. But the glass work is very high quality, not to mention the brightwork and rear glass - all first rate.

Please PM me if you'd like to discuss further or arrange a time to come and check it out. Any comments or questions about what happened with the project, perhaps respond to the original thread above.

Cheers

Paul
