Paintwerks, if that was my kit I wouldn't bother having it sprayed, $hit that looks great. Thanks for posting I've never seen those pictures before.
Regards.

Mando, you're welcome. I agree that the quality and finish of the Pace body is way better than anything I've seen from the competitors....that's actually one of the reasons that convinced me to go with Pace.
But, I own a bodyshop and after having painted one customer's DRB Cobra, I want to paint more of them, including mine. Therefore, I do need a rolling, live example of what a Paintwerks quality finish is like for my prospective customers to see (well, that's how I justfied the kit purchase to the Minister of Finance! )
Guy, that's my chassis in the photos (I'm #3 in the production list behind Brad). I know you're going to see Darry's kit, but FWIW, I'm Melbourne-based (Moorabbin) too and my Pace 427SC kit should be turning up soon (can't say when as I don't actually have a delivery date), but you're very welcome to come and have a look at it if you like (when I get it).

I could contact Vic based PACE 427 owners and see if they are interested in forming a group and pass on contact details if someone down there wants to co-ordinate things. Along the lines of Classic Revival B Team...

Ben, you know I already know that but I expect you are stating it for the benefit of others. I think I know most of the members of the B Club.
I have some ideas to help create a private online community as not everyone wants to post questions and info on public forums. Plus private shed visits etc as that is great for knowledge sharing, support and motivation during constrution and ownership. National community where people locally can catch up with each other. It will be up the discretion of owners if they want to participate.
With the approach of bulk purchasing parts, I would certainly be disappointed if we weren't the cheapest source with our aggressive pricing structure due to large volume manufacturing approach and parts sourcing. If not, I would certainly like to know.
