Provision for a roof should be more than pop studs - in my opinion as a NSW certifier / engineer. I suggest that the roof has to be supplied, and also the steel frame to support it.
The alternative to this is that it is noted on the certificate that no provision for a roof was noted at time of inspection and hence if one is added then a modification will have to be done to the cert.
Athol has interpretations which I find to be very different to my own, and this is where the issue is, not the RTA. If the certifiers can't agree, what chance have we got?
