What power plant?
After unintentionally crashing Pete's mighty fine thread to sell his Winsor bits, I thought those of you who feel the need to preach to the non-convertible (my cobra is a non convertible just to prove the fact) on why I would want to fit a Falcon motor to my cobra can feel free below.
Without going into too much detail on the reasons for why I don't want to change brand I am sure there will be plenty of those who feel the need to show me the error of my ways.
Consider the soap box to be in position and ready.

LS7 - You'll have a hell of a time trying to bust up those forged internal.
Else, do the right thing and put a ford in it!

Off to M. R. D. on Wednesday for registration...FINALLY......so have been doing a bit of testing getting ready...
( 1,315 Kim's on a trade plate. !!!: )
I'm sure there are some good Ford engines available....but Gav...and I want you to picture this....
The LS7 gives me a woody EVERY time I start it up...
Not even had a decent tune yet...and it feels like nothing else I've ever driven...
it pulls like a 14 year old boy...and is as smooth as silk.
I repeat...EVERY TIME...
Goodnight Gav...sweet dreams...
Cheers,
Warren

Sorry to upset the Ford camp but I have bought a 415ci LS2 stroker.
The 427 LS2 apparently are not super flash as a competition engine so I went with Schwanke's recommendation of the 415.
With the dual quad intake I recon' it will be woody inducing even before start up!!
