Default George Smith's Super Saloon up for Grabs

Hi Club,

Been a tad busy of late but did find this (thanks to some mates tipping me on a South African board for one of my other car clubs)...I love this car and for the price a great track toy...shame about the import cost.

George has decided to part with his super saloon Backdraft Cobra, formally of Castle Corner Cobra Racing. He is only asking R250000 which is about 30 grand Aust.

Anyhow...here are the for sale links...

Hey Adz,
Maybe the CCCCC racing team branch can pool their resources for a Nationals entrant?

Hey Paul...the import cost is the issue, (could always bring it back in a container when the HMAS CANBERRA does her initial wave the flag look at the OZZY new toy run to cut the freight cost down to peanuts but thats next year), and the upkeep cost may be an interesting round table.

Next question...who gets to drive the missile at the nats....my CAMS license is definately ahead of current my nerves without turning a lot of laps in the beastie and not sure if I can still fit into the race-suit mate,...LOL
