Default Whats this?

Saw link on ninemsn to this car in the foyer of a hotel in Germany (V8 hotel) and at first glance on the thumbnail I thought it was a cobra. Obviously not, but what is it?

I think the Wiesmann ran a V10 from the M5 Beemer, and they had an early six speed auto box.
Weren't they supposed to be a really limited production run? Like 60 or so units? Maybe they took off in Europe and the factory decided to keep going...
Hugely expensive and as far as I know all LHD.
Be nice to track down a local but it would have to be someone like Lindsay Fox, you'd have to think, who might have one tucked away.
With their ground clearance they'd die on Qld roads.

I saw the top gear feature on it. Pretty cool. It's got some Austin Healey lines to it's shape.

I followed a different roadster through Devon last week it was a Temora. Quite different but again similiar lines to a Cobra from different angles.

It was quite quick but he was cautious through corners.

Careful Liam, you almost upset me there... No bloody German car in the world will ever look as good as a TVR!

Devon is OK, Cornwall is better (best). If you've driven a TVR you would understand the caution around corners!
