The sign on the dash said he had '3500 hours' in this one... The interior was beautiful...

No one was looking at the nearby Ferraris!

Dave, I'm with you on that. I've always loved the idea of an incredibly powerful mid engined car that can hit 200mph with ease.

I always feel with the Replica builds I have to fit a Ford motor or this or that the original had but with the SLC you can go nuts......

Well, after having a deposit on Pace 427 #23 for over 2 years, I have finally given the go ahead and fabrication has started!

I think this is the first one heading to Tassie.

Some pics of #23 being born...

Edit: 444 posts on here. Didn't take me long to commit A well researched purchase anyway...

Hi

I am going with the mid-blue color with upgraded body and full detail.

My plan is very similar to this one

Cheers

Tony

A LONG time since my last update!

I tried a little while ago but the site crashed.

Here are my latest pics. Close now...

Meet with my engineer the other day and he was very positive. Seemed like a cool guy too who has worked with Craig before on an SLC.

Just need a shipping quote and we are good to go! #23 in Tas by Xmas hopefully.

Tony

Well - it has been a long while between updates again.

Life gets in the way!

#23 is only a couple of weeks away from being ready to ship down to the Apple Isle. I have a 20ft container in the yard at AP and a shipping company on standby.

Here are some pics.

Cheers

Tony
