Mcmaster-Carr has them, carbide ball hones, the do a size range, so it may be 38 to 45 mm or something like that. i think they will ship overseas.
last time i ordered they were BRM brand....
metric goes to 20 mm but a 1-5/8 will be only .050 inches larger
