There seems to be plenty of R&D in CR kits. Not all of it is exclusively factory either. 
Have a chat to Aussie Mike (& if boxhead is still around - him too).
Mike has developed the CR kit further ...and even though he's never finished evolving his kit it certainly has tweaks which further enhance an already proven and good product.
