Welcome Grant! Yes, please post pics and progress updates. It is still a cobra after all! Of sorts!

How much of the kit is donor? The chassis is fabricated I presume? Is everything else from a single donor? What engine and trans setup, etc? Interesting stuff...

Thanks guys for the kind words, The donor car was a 2003 BA GT, it uses all the running gear suspension and dash and console, I also used the seats which only suit short to average people. All of the parts have been rebuilt before installing. I did the motor which was a boss 290 but I changed the cams, upped the compression with forged JE pistons and scat rods, not sure how hard it will be to tune but I will worry about that later.

saw one of these driving down main north rd in south aust a few weeks ago had to look twice before I realized what it was . was a well finished car from what I could tell and def stands out .

What was the colour of that one deano59 may be red with no strip.had a look at that one when i was building mine. Four yrs ago.

was dark at night and under lights but it appeared to be blue with white stripes it was in the next lane a couple of cars up and only caught up next to it a little later down the road .

Nice work Grant love the motor setup did you have to do many mods for it to fit due to its height and wi_______dth, I have had to make a few to fit my 290 in so far anyway keep up the good work mate enjoy
