Cost to install 3 phase power?

I'm looking at moving to give myself a bit more space. The houses I'm looking at generally have sheds about 80 metres from the road. I've looked at a couple with 3 phase power and a couple without. I can't recall this being discussed when looking at some of the truly impressive shed builds over the last couple of years.

Any ballpark ideas of what it would cost to install 3 phase into an existing shed 80m from the road (or an idea of what you paid and what you got for that?)
