Hey Craig, if that house is within 10mins of a quality surf beach ...sorry mate u have been outbid!!!

Actually I know someone who may be soon looking to sell their house. Pool, 2 story, office, 3 bed living dining Bla Bla with 9 x 12 shed and all the rest soon. Pm me. Location Bris north side. House is on 2 blocks.
