Default Party in Alice

Hey all, Yesterday was the official launch of the Red Centre Nats.
This is being run by the promotors of SummerNats and is now locked in for 3rd-6th September 2015.
There are many styles of event being organised, plus the open speedlimits section of highway.
The NT Gov are backing this and organizing a UVP (Unregistered Vehicle Permit) Scheme.
The talk is that even drag cars (Rails, Funny cars the lot) may get exemptions to drive the streets of Alice.
So if you are looking for something to do on Fathers Day weekend next year, come on out.

Nice Mike. What an awesome idea. It should attract a huge crowd and do fantastic things for tourism, as most will naturally drive there and stop along the way.

I might even have finished my build by then, so could take the cobra for a spin! I've never been to the Centre!

Always room.

I have plenty of cars to get mobile now, so head down bum up for a while.

I won't be coming Dave. I live 5 minutes drive from Summernats and haven't made along there for at least 15 or more years. Usually away on holiday at that time

Not sure they will let you go out there with it (they should) but I think the rego permits are for around the town area.
