Default Laser cutter - steel - seeking some brackets to be made

Hey guys,

Just checking to see if anyone has or has access to a laser cutter for steel. I am seeking some brackets to be cut from 6mm steel.

I know that there are places that do this, which I will use as a last resort, however was being a tight ar$e and trying to save a little as I am only after two brackets styles, 4 pieces of each.

This is for from shock mounting (upper and lower).

Cheers.

6mm is a pretty stock item for fabricators, and lazer cutters.
You would be surprised how cheap it will be if you got him to cut when they do a run, rather than have them set up specially.
Also, most of the expenses is usually the initial drawing, if you do this yourself, will save as well.

Thanks Muz, whilst I have taken this route for nearly everything I have made so far, I was liking the options of the pre cut, and then weld on.

McDonald Bros has exactly what I am looking for, so thanks to iva bigan however I may get the drawings from you anyway as I have a few ideas.

Thanks mate.
