Nah, core mat is a woven stranded mat that is sandwiched between layers in the fibreglass to give it a greater thickness without putting layer upon layer of glass and resin. The CR body has this in the wheel wells already - I put on another layer and used the spray on body shutz? with a special gun (pretty cheap) that the bottle just screw into. I dont know its the best stuff as its not resistent to solvents, but it has lasted quite a few years so far.
I have heard of folk spraying on the rhino lining stuff. Reckon it might be a bit of overkill so just right for you Dave
