Back in the past the Qld Dept of Transport was more than willing to listen and discuss.
Don Pilling was the Qld. co-ordinator and If I remember correctly the DOT suggested that all clubs, not just the Cobra guys, would have to be involved.
I think that's where it all fell to pieces as not all clubs were supportive.
