Perhaps give the guys at Technical in Welshpool a call, they're all cool guys who will help you with this. Maybe try Terry Southam at Southam Engineering, another absolute gentleman who is very experienced with the the chassis requirements in WA.
I know they have concerns about side impact on earlier Crown based cars but someone would have already worn a track for you if your keen.
