This one is from mid 2010, I was prepping the car for my drive from Alice Springs to Cairns and back.

Jeeeeeeesus.....

Love the big lights on the country roads...
BUT......

That would've done my head in...thinking about how much "Bug Guts" those lights were going to attract.

A cleaning nightmare for us "waxers"...lol

Every trip in the Cobra to the Nationals makes the front of my car look like I've hit every grasshopper and butterfly in Australia.

With Boxheads lights dragging them in I'd be a mess by the time I got there.

Cheers

I actually did not end up doing any night driving.
I did fit them up for "just in case"
But I will admit I liked the "LeMans" race car look.

When I bought the car with the horrid gold wheels, terrible modern rear view mirror and no wind wings. Now with correct wheels, rear view mirror and wind wings and the chrome all polished up nicely and a good paint detail amazing the difference the small things make.

Cheers

Andrew, for a moment I thought you'd put an even more modern rear view mirror on top of the screen in the second photo, but it's on the ute behind you...

It's for sale too, Box. You could own two pink cars!

Troy, I know the ERA isn't really pink, but it has some kind of pinkish hue to it
