ok thanks to my esteemed colleague greggy, I now realise "it's" refers to the thread title C.R.A.P., I thought you meant tref was an anagram....

so what/who is a "tref" ? there is no "tref" member registered on here or is this another Friday night word game?

albanycobra 11-18-2016 05:06 AM

some one deciding between a CR or AP?

Beejay 11-18-2016 04:47 PM

I will give Paul a nudge to put some pics up.

I didn't know cross breeding was even possible?

DaveW 11-19-2016 04:36 AM

Hmmm, i'm lost, are we talking like a "CR chassis with AP Alumina body" or something along those lines, i'm interested now.

Wazza 11-19-2016 06:57 AM

Classic revival chassis....and a gelcoat AP body.
The CR body had been damaged, and this was an ideal replacement.
I suggested the C.R.A.P. name at the time of supply as a joke...seems to have stuck.
Some clever work to Adapt and fit....but should look pretty cool when completed.
Cheers,
Warren

we have a club member down here who got rear ended in his dax cobra he is now waiting for dax to send a rear half of a body so it can be repaired. car was up for sale and had a buyer lined up just before the accident i believe.
no structural damage just the body fuel tank and some bright work..

albanycobra 11-19-2016 05:41 PM

I guess if you have an old Cobra you can always buy a a Pace body now and pretend to be a Pace , just don't open the bonnet.....%/.:LOL:

Tenrocca 11-19-2016 07:08 PM

Paul is one of the most talented guys you will ever meet. From the pics I've seen it is spectacular. Im hoping he will jump on here and post some photos.

Tenrocca 11-19-2016 11:25 PM
