4 1/2 mate. I like minis but came across this

If this car is rust free as advertised - and for this model that's a big "if" - the price is very reasonable! The steering on early Falcons feels pretty detached, so you might want to factor in a rack and pinion upgrade.

With good steering and suspension plus aftermarket air conditioning, you'd have a brilliant cruiser. No reason it couldn't be your daily driver...
