Interested to follow this one... !!! NSW has had moving goal posts for the past couple of years.

Had a mates Cobra knocked back a few weeks ago after inspection #3 for not having locking washers on the starter motor bolts, even though the factory spec was a flat washer and a specified torque setting. Wonder how long it took them to think of that one.. !
