if they are i would love to get to one and talk to some people who are building there cars or have finished.

cobra meetings
Dear Boxhead
We would love to see you at a club meeting and yes the club meets on the first Thursday in each month, the next being Thursday 7 March.
But if your location details are correct, I presume it would be a long trip from Queensland to attend a Victorian club meeting?

I do live in QLD , but i will be in Melbourne from the 8 march till the 25 march.
Looks like by the dates you meet i will miss your meeting 
Is there a show or gathering happening in Melbourne while i am there?
I would have liked to be in Melbourne and seen the GP (my step father has a car on display) but i could not get away from work any earlier.

glad I got the state of origin question right, but no I am not aware of any gathering or event with the club in force other than a long drive to Gippsland for a lunch on 10 March and DECA - Shepparton on 24th for Motokharna etc.
You need to twist the boss's arm and fly in about 6pm Thursday 7th in time for tea at the pub!! at 7pm.
