Was there a website listed in the article? That would be the easy way. Don't go buying a scanner for my benefit. I'll e-mail you my snail mail address. You can make an ordinary photocopy and mail it.
Made a prediction about a year ago, that someone would develop an aluminum Cleveland style small block Ford head that would put everything else to shame. It had to happen. The potential is there. This may be it.
