Default Turn up the boost Craig

Craig and others,

Thought you might apreciate this dyno run video even though it's a bow tie.

Right click to download and click "Save Target As" Twin Turbo

This is an 8 Meg file but it's worth it

Check out the rear wheel HP figure even though it's lighting the tyres up on the roller.

Cheers

The car is a Buick GN and these normally run a turbo V6 much the same as our Commodore V6. To me though the engine sounds like an eight but it's hard to tell.

What do you guys think, V6 or V8?

Cheers

Done a bit more research on some other forums and it turns out it's a Twin Turbo Small Block Chev weighing in at abought 390ci, on that run it was only pushing 19psi, but suposedly its built to run upto 30psi and about 1800hp at the flywheel.

Cheers

I love the way it lifts the front suspension then smokes those tyres on the rollers !!!!

I'd love to see what the Gold VH Commodore of Eddy Tassone (sp?) would do on a dynojet dyno. Everyone knows that the Dynojet reads a lot higher than a Dyno Dynamics, and he's made 1500 at the tyres on a DD.... I reckon the Commodore has that Buick covered

Thanks for the link! I have 80 gig hard drive space, and I'll be happy if I can fill as much of it as possible with videos like that!!!
