I used to use Brylcream..but since the hair started falling out.....I dont use any now.

For what it's worth.....after a thorough run in on any high quality mineral oil....I then like synthetics

Smile Oil

Mobil 1 15-50 syn. I have heard that you want to keep your viscosity low so the oil gets into small places??? but I do not follow that line of thinking. after a couple of laps at the track the oil is nice and hot and it should flow like melted butter. Now if you are going to just drive on the street. I would tame it down to 10-30, or 15-40 tops.................

Keep the shinny side up..................

Mobil 1. Is there any thing else? I run 5-30 year round but depending on how 'tight' your motor was built you vary the weight to get the pressure where it needs to be.

Redline 20-50 in a "loose" 427 Side Oiler. Have been using it for many years in other cars and motorcycles. You can't get it at WALMART.

I run Mobile 1 in all my cars. My Audi runs 10 degrees cooler with the Mobile 1 during the warm months so I figure it is worth the $$.

Castrol Formula R for me (20/50) . I like the idea of synthetic, but engine builders recommend against using it with solid roller lifters. Too little friction keeps the roller lifters from "rolling" - they just slide over the camshaft lobes. Not good...

I've had my oil to 265 degrees F and it maintained perfect oil pressure.

I use Mobil1 5W-30 year round in my 351W crate. Good pressure all through the RPM range. Idles at 40ish, 55 PSI at 2000. Avoid the Fram filters. Using higher viscosities may lower your pressure!

DULUX All in One.

Leaves a nice shine on the engine!

Seriously, Castrol GTX2 - Reasonably priced and has always preformed well in England and here in Australia
