Question Spare Classic Revival bits anyone?

I am getting my shed full of front end parts, steering columns and the like and had a thought did anyone have some spare bits they wished to rid themselves of?
I have the beginnings of my shopping list but still require most parts.
If any of you guys would like to move some pre loved items that would be exelent.
Cheers Gav Irvine.

Thanks Mando I look forward to catching up with you as I have not got any of those items yet.
Mike, I spent the morning yesterday under a commodore removing the bits I needed. After getting rid of the dirt from my eyes I should of made my posting earlier, thanks heaps anyway.
Anyone else with hand-me-downs?

Exclamation Another Victorian member

Gav

Welcome to the 'Forum"..

I guess you have quickly worked out the best way to use the "Forum".. I just use it to throw muck, poke fun, abuse, annoy and generally make a nuisance of myself..

Any questions you have for parts or suppliers, just "Post" here and I'm sure you will get an answer or some advice

..OK a Classic revival, but a member of the "Dark Side"...

Welcome again. If you run into Rob Vigors up there say hello from me.

Good luck with your build.

Bernie

Thanks for yours and everyones welcome Bernie.

In answer to your question the only ford component on my kit will be the diff!!!
I have a brother in law who pilots a top fuel dragster up here and the only stipulation with my car would be to have a hemi power plant or at the least a chev. So my chariot will have a LS1, shift kitted auto and basically will be happier going forward than around corners.
Talk soon Gav

box head, have you the auto and LS1?
I havn't located one yet but there is a HSV/Tickford wrecker in Adelaide I have spoken to.
Do you think $7700 for motor, auto and loom sounds right?
Cheers Gav

That price may be a touch on the high side, but if all is there includeing ancillarys, ie alternator, starter motor etc then may be the one to grab.

Another handy site for the mechanical side of things is www.ls1.com.au
There is a classified section where you can buy plenty of stuff.
