From webers to four barrel

I changed from quad 44mm webers to a 650dp, rpm air gap and changed cams from a 248@.050 to a 238@.050 solid flat tappet.

I hate to say it 750hp but you right about the four barrel.

That's a nice power curve. Did you dyno it with the Webers?

I read somewhere that you thought it felt a bit softer. Did you make any solid improvements on the dyno during the day, or was it more about finer adjustments?

252kw is a very healthy power output on a Dyno Dynamics dyno. Good work !

235kw with webers.

Soft in the torque dept.....the webers gave it more mid range torque.Peak torque for this set up runs from 2300 to 4000rpms.


The dyno run was to see the differences between set ups and to make sure a/f ratio was ok across the board as the carb is out of the box untuned.......so I am wrapped about the whole situation.

Dyno 2003 is quite accurate and useful for this sort of stuff.
